Organized, meticulous, and always attentive, Valérie Petit now channels her energy and team spirit into leading the Customer Service department, which she manages with both efficiency and kindness. A true orchestra conductor, she established the department’s new structure, defines and oversees her team’s missions, conducts training sessions, and ensures smooth order management as well as secure supply flows.

Always driven by attention to detail and a desire to improve processes, Valérie supports her team with both method and empathy. Her calm demeanor and loyalty make her a steady point of reference, capable of turning everyday challenges into shared successes.

Her Professional Degree in Trilingual Export Management gave her an international outlook and great ease in multicultural communication. With her excellent interpersonal skills, she creates a climate of trust with everyone she works with — both internally and externally. Patient, humorous, and spontaneous, Valérie combines professionalism and authenticity in everything she does.


But Valérie is also an adventurer at heart. Passionate about drawing, sports, and travel, she never misses an opportunity to take on new challenges. After completing the Ultra Marin 2025 — a demanding 34 km race she’s now preparing for her next goal: the 2026 Barcelona Marathon, which she will tackle with her signature determination and good humor.
