With over 30 years of experience and a degree in chemical engineering, Robert brings a strategic and deeply human vision of innovation. As Innovation Director at Elementa, he defines the company’s product innovation strategy, leads an ambitious project portfolio, and coordinates the R&D and Technical teams with the precision of a seasoned conductor.

His approach? A well-balanced blend of curiosity, creativity, and analytical rigor, along with a rare skill: shifting effortlessly from the big picture to the tiniest detail without losing sight of the whole. This 360° vision keeps him firmly on course. A unifier and attentive leader, he brings teams together around a shared drive: turning ideas into useful, sustainable solutions.

Franco-British with Scottish roots, Robert draws from his dual culture an openness that enriches every project. Outside the office, you’ll often find him with a book in hand, a tune in his head, or cheering on a rugby match.
