Curious and thorough, Lisa keeps a close eye on our ingredients and suppliers!

On a daily basis, Lisa is responsible for the qualification and approval of ingredients and suppliers. Technical documentation, regulatory compliance, risk assessment and regulatory monitoring: she reviews every file with method and precision.

Thanks to her scientific background, she also contributes to the scientific materials supporting our ingredients, bridging the gap between quality, regulatory requirements and technical data. A cross-functional role that requires both strong organisational skills and an analytical mindset!

Cheerful, positive and persistent, Lisa loves understanding, investigating and getting to the bottom of things. Her curiosity extends well beyond Elementa: passionate about travelling and reading, she enjoys discovering new horizons, both geographical and intellectual.

Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical and Health Product Sciences, specialising in Quality and Safety.
