Laure ANCELLET

She is our unifying force! For her, working in a good atmosphere is essential for effectiveness. Always listening to others, her advice is unerringly helpful thanks to her solid scientific expertise. Her calmness enables her to remain unflappable when conducting scientific experiments just as much as when enjoying her passion of sculpture. She cultivates her imagination and love of nature by going hiking and surfing. Laure remains positive whatever the situation: asking questions, rummaging around, trying things out... there's always an opportunity to learn new things. It's a state of mind that makes Laure a passionate and competent R&D Manager for project management (budgets, planning, test reports, etc.) and laboratory-based research. 

Laure is a graduate in Agri-Food Engineering from Oniris and holds a Master's II in Human Nutrition. She is also a PhD in Biochemistry.
